Description
Drop The Act is an experiential journey in self-discovery and emotional resilience and is open to ages 15+. This course can be used in corporate, educational, and community based settings and is designed to teach you to become aware of self-limiting thoughts and behaviors, deconstruct the performative norm, and develop the tools to start getting different outcomes in six weeks.

In this course we cover the following modules:

- Self-Awareness
- Social Conciousness
- Rewriting The Narrative
- Walking Your Truth
- Hero's Journey
- Improvision

Each module focuses on a different aspect of emotional resilience and is designed to help you build the skills necessary to navigate life and achieve the outcomes you desire.

The coures is open format and oscillates between Learning Workshops (Tuesdays) and Developmental Workshops (Optional Thursdays).
